a)    Nature and extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs /improvements:-

 

Frequent meetings of Heads of the Departments are called by the Director to invite their suggestions for improving academic atmosphere. Suggestions from students are also invited from time to time to improve the system and students are free to meet the Heads of the Departments, Registrar, Vice-Principal, Director regarding their difficulties and suggestions for the improvement.

 

b)     Mechanism/Norms & Procedures for Democratic /Good Governance:-

 

        Institution has framed its own rules and regulations keeping in view the norms and procedures laid by the University, which are applicable for everyone. Staff members are encouraged to come with their ideas and suggestions for the improvement of the institution and the system. Teacher’s Manual has been prepared for maintaining uniformity in teaching evaluation etc.

 

 

c)      Student’s Feedback on Institutional Governance/Faculty Performance:-

 

Students Feedback is obtained at the end of each semester and weightage has been given to various areas of performance of the faculty and defects if any are duly communicated to the faculty for improvement in future.

Whenever parents visit the institute they are requested to give their opinion about the performance of the institute and their suggestions for improvement in future. Students are also encouraged to give their suggestions for improvement.

 

 

d)     Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students:-  

 

Regarding any grievance students, faculty and staff can approach the Head of the Department, Registrar, Vice-Principal and the Director and efforts are made to redress the grievance immediately.
